From there we usually arrange a strategy call to understand your goals, and may suggest a free SEO audit, delivered within 48 hours, or a free GEO audit, delivered within 24 hours, before proposing a scope and quote.

A typical path looks like this:

  1. Enquiry: tell us about your business, website and goals through the contact form or by email. We reply within 1 business day.
  2. Strategy call: we discuss what you want to achieve, what you've tried before and any constraints, such as deadlines, internal teams or platforms.
  3. Audit: where it helps, we review your site first. The free SEO and AI visibility audit is delivered within 48 hours; the free GEO audit, with a score from 0 to 100, within 24 hours.
  4. Proposal: we recommend a scope and priorities and send a quote. Pricing depends on scope.
  5. Onboarding: once you're happy to go ahead, we agree access, reporting and the first priorities.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST, and there's no obligation at any step before you accept a proposal.
